Mid-competition, our house lost its footing. I rebuilt the team under pressure, with two hundred people watching.

The situation

A leadership gap opened up mid-competition at Khelo Gatik, putting Vijayanagara House's standing at risk.

The response

I restructured teams on the spot and mentored the student leaders stepping up.

The result

The house recovered to 2nd place, then went on to win the Overall House Championship.
